What type of tickets can I order On-Line through Rail TaxSavers for my employees?

How do I know my Rail TaxSaver On-Line order has gone through?
The registered company administrator will receive a confirmation email detailing tickets ordered and a reference number.

My employees submitted photos for the new Rail ticket last year. Do they need to send in another photo?
No, the previous photo will be uploaded on the On-Line system.

How do I forward new employee photos for Annual tickets through the new Rail TaxSaver On-Line system? The photos can be uploaded through the on-line order.

My company doesn't have a digital camera or scanner, how can I upload a photo through the Rail TaxSaver On-Line booking system?
Iarnrod Éireann has set up a special promotion with Fuji for employees to go to a Fuji outlet and pay a special rate of €6.00 for a digital photo on a disc.

Do I need to upload a photo for Monthly tickets?
No, ID number is required for monthly tickets.

Where can I get a CIE ID Card? This ID card is available at any Station, once a passport photo is provided.

Can I order Dublin Bus only or Bus & Rail tickets On-Line?
Yes, Short Hop Bus & Rail Monthly and Annual tickets can be ordered on-line.

How do I reorder Commuter Tickets?
Just click on tickets due for renewal and order your tickets.

I cannot find the Point-Point Ticket Type that I am ordering for an employee of mine, what do I do?
Email travelplan@irishrail.ie with your origin and destination required and this will be uploaded onto the system.

What is the maximum file size photo image the will be accepted?
Maximum file size is 64K. Max width 320 pixels, Max height 416 pixels. Image files must be in JPEG (jpg or jpeg) format.
