All you need is: Your College ID (secure) Completed Student Travelcard Application form 12.00 (plus 2.00 Photo Capture)
What do you need to do to get your Student Travelcard issued on the spot? Complete the Student Travelcard Application Form and visit any of our college offices listed above. Just show your secure College Student ID or registration papers. Pay 12 for Student Travel Card. We will take your photo for 2.00 and print your card on the spot. 6 Fresher Student Travelcard Discount Vouchers available from Bank Of Ireland and cash are accepted at the college offices. The Bank of Ireland 6 Special Offer is available until 31st. October 2004 Express offices do not require passport photographs as we take photos on the spot.

If your application is incorrectly completed it will be rejected and returned to you. An administration fee of 5.00 will be levied to cover the additional costs incurred to process incorrect and incomplete application forms.
Postal Application following procedures apply:
1. Complete the Student Travelcard application form. 2. Enclose 2 passport-sized photographs of yourself. One photograph must be glued to the back of the application form and the other should be glued to the front of the application form. The applicants name should be clearly written on the back of each photograph. 3. Get the application form stamped and signed by your university/collge/school. 4. Enclose 12.00: payment can be made by Bank Draft, Postal order, cheque or credit card, made payable to student travelcard. The Bank of Ireland 50% freshers voucher is accepted before October 24th as part payment for your card. 5. Send your application form, photographs and payment to: Student Travelcard Porters Avenue Coolmine Industrial Estate Clonsilla Dublin 15.
